Winding River Farms Mixed Berry Crumble

Ingredients:

(Filling)

4 cups Winding River Farms® Mixed Berries

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

3 tablespoons all purpose flour

Juice from 1 lemon

(Topping)

1 cup old fashioned rolled oats

1/2 cup brown sugar

6 tablespoons all purpose flour

1/2 cup butter, cubed

Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°

In a large mixing bowl, add 4 cups Winding River Farms® Mixed Berries, 3 tablespoons granulated sugar and 3 tablespoons all purpose flour

Squeeze the juice from 1 lemon on top

Mix & set aside

In a small mixing bowl, add 1 cup of old-fashioned rolled oats, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 6 tablespoons all purpose flour and 1/2 cup cold, cubed butter

Mix with your hands

Pour the filling into a pie dish

Add the topping in an even layer, covering the filling

Bake in the oven at 350° for 1 hour

Let cool & add ice cream (optional)
